Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to contribute towards generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
This is a target-based profile, requiring excellent communication skills, good convincing abilities, and a strong work ethic.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities:- Researching and creating customer data for effective sales strategies
- Making cold calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Converting queries into orders through exceptional sales and negotiation skills
- Directing prospects to the field sales team when necessary
- Entering and updating customer information in the database
- Taking and processing orders accurately
- Handling grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Meeting sales targets and facilitating future sales
- Recording calls and sales performance for future reference
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a telesales executive or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
A high school diploma or any graduation will be a plus
Estimated Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month (dependent on experience)
