Job Role Overview
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for leading Electric Vehicle sales teams across assigned territories, driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.
- Strategic planning: Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Team management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
- Customer engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing dealerships and build new partnerships to expand the company's reach.
- Market research: Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Performance monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team and individual performance.
- Training and development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

- Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of success in electric vehicle sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
