CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To analyse and prepare working plans for a designated territory based on data provided and market research results.
  • To follow up, monitor, and achieve targets set for the territory.
  • Implementation and execution of strategies across various platforms.
  • Engagement with key stakeholders, including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institution pharmacies.
  • Maintain discipline and punctuality with set timelines for multiple internal processes.
  • Basic computer skills, including excel working, word processing, and email exchanges.
  • Fast learner and adaptable to change in the market environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages.
  • Effective performance in clinical settings.
  • Basic understanding and ability to explain anatomy, physiology, and product portfolios.
  • Organizing camps (CME) as per division strategy and customer needs.
  • Prescription audits for Abbott brands and other competitor brands.
  • Generating purchase orders for Abbott brands according to business plans.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or freshers with excellent communication skills and analytical abilities may also be considered.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or any other relevant specialization, and a postgraduate degree in a related field.
