About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, execution-driven
Advertising Manager
to take charge of our end-to-end advertising strategy. You'll be responsible for planning, running, and optimizing all paid campaigns across platforms — Meta, Google, YouTube, and more — with one goal:
generate qualified leads (dealers & customers) and build brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage all paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc.
- Create and test ad creatives, copy, and formats to improve ROAS and lead quality
- Collaborate with content/design teams to build thumb-stopping creatives
- Track daily budgets, CPL, CTR, conversions, and make data-backed optimizations
- Identify new audience segments and targeting opportunities
- Coordinate with sales team to align ad efforts with regional demand (especially Bihar, Bengal, Assam, Odisha)
- Stay updated on platform changes and trends in EV/digital marketing
- Regularly report ad performance with clear insights and next steps
Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running ads on Meta & Google platforms
- Solid understanding of performance marketing KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.)
- Ability to build and manage high-converting funnels
- Comfortable with tools like Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
- Experience working with creative teams to guide ad design/copy
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Good to Have:
- Experience in EV / mobility / automotive
- Experience with B2B lead gen and dealer acquisition
- Knowledge of local languages (Bengali, Odia, Hindi) for regional campaigns
