We are Arya HR Solutions, a leading consultancy in Talent Acquisition and Training & Development at Mumbai.

We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients, a 21-year-old company manufacturing and distributing materials for plastics, polymers, chemicals, and additives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers and business contacts, demonstrating technical details of products, driving sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

To ensure success as a Sales Business Development Manager, you should have strong knowledge of technical and a passion for sales, with the ability to travel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
  • Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts
  • Adjusting content of sales presentations based on type of sales outlet or trade factor
  • Focusing sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
  • Reviewing team performance and taking corrective actions

Additional responsibilities include actively participating in business development activities, identifying improvement areas, conducting knowledge sharing sessions, owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets, developing and executing strategic plans, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, partnering with customers to understand their business needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition.

A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience is required for this position, along with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Textile Engineering.
