The Role:

This position involves developing and maintaining business relationships, designing policies for partnerships, identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing collaborations, building professional networks, enforcing contracts, developing business plans, conducting market research, synthesizing reports, negotiating contracts, and attending meetings as a representative.

You should be a strategic thinker with an amiable personality, positive outlook, and expert communication skills. Organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are beneficial.

Your key responsibilities will include increasing Company revenue by managing successful campaigns with partners, prospects, and/or customers, identifying and understanding sales prospects, their buying influences, and decision-making processes, and achieving assigned sales targets.

You will also provide up-to-date sales, marketing, forecast, and competitive information to Workafella.

Required Candidate Profile:

You must have a successful sales track record, be highly motivated, and able to function independently within your territory and cross-functional account team. You will manage customer relationships, build the brand and business, champion and manage new sales, build the organizational network, liaise with partners, analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes, and report on key metrics.

You should have proven and successful sales experience in managing resources and complex sales efforts at the customer and corporate level. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and organizational skills are required. Flexibility to travel is necessary. A Master's degree/MBA in Business Management or related field is preferred.

Estimated Salary: ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month (based on location and industry standards).
