Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Fully Promoted. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading operations, engaging with customers, and ensuring smooth workflow management.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service & Sales: Serve as a point of contact for customers in-store, via phone, and via email or messaging platforms. Build strong client relationships and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Workflow & Operations Management: Manage the end-to-end workflow, from order intake to production and delivery. Oversee inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels for key products. Coordinate with decorators, suppliers, and vendors to meet deadlines.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, motivate, and support staff in daily operations. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure the team meets productivity goals. Provide training and guidance to new employees.
- Administration & Reporting: Manage store budgets and ensure cost-effective operations. Process payments, invoices, and returns accurately. Prepare sales and operational reports for management review.
- Proven experience in retail or business management, ideally in apparel, promotional products, or related industries.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competency with inventory management and workflow systems.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support staff.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
