About the Role

As a Sales Associate with Amazon Seller Services India, you will be responsible for delivering Amazon's offerings in India, serving as the primary point of contact for retailers. Your key objectives will include identifying and recruiting retailers that offer competitive pricing and broad product selection, training sellers on Amazon systems, and analyzing seller performance metrics to optimize their success on our platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and implement processes that enhance the overall shopping experience for customers. Your ability to analyze data, gather insights, and make informed decisions will play a crucial role in driving business results and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective sales programs, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sellers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with sales objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working with technology platforms, CRM systems, and other sales tools.
