We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and E-commerce Expert to join our team at JOLOCHIP PRIVATE LIMITED in Gurugram. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, lead generation, and e-commerce excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Process customer orders and ensure timely deliveries on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and more.
  • Sales Coordination: Convert leads, build client relationships, and assist in sales strategy development to achieve business growth.
  • E-Commerce Management: Manage product listings, stock, pricing, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Client Relationship Management: Be the go-to person for clients, offering solutions and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Opportunity Discovery: Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth channels to expand our reach.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze trends for strategy enhancement to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
