The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk operations, guest services, petty expense management, and ensuring seamless communication with customers and sales teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recording inquiries in Salesforce on a daily basis
- Providing quick responses to customers and assigning sales managers based on their source channel
- Sending enquiry reports to sales managers periodically
- Managing the lobby area, greeting visitors and directing them accordingly
- Handling incoming sales phone calls and diverting them to sales managers
The successful candidate will possess multi-tasking skills, good interpersonal skills, proactivity and self-drive, and a result-oriented approach.
