Front Desk Ambassador
">A Guest Relations Ambassador plays a crucial role as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay. They are responsible for delivering personalized service and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The primary objective is to elevate guest satisfaction and address any issues in a timely and professional manner.
">Responsibilities:
Warmly and professionally greet and welcome arriving guests, making them feel valued and respected.">Assist with seamless check-in and check-out processes, minimizing wait times and maximizing efficiency.">Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions, showcasing expertise and knowledge.">Demonstrate patience and problem-solving skills when handling guest complaints and requests, resolving issues promptly and fairly.">Proactively address service issues based on guest feedback, continuously improving the overall guest experience.">Collaborate with various departments such as housekeeping, concierge, and room service to ensure guest satisfaction, fostering a team environment.">Maintain accurate guest records using the Property Management System (PMS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.">Organize special services including birthday setups, airport transfers, and wake-up calls, providing exceptional attention to detail.">Provide extra attention to detail for VIP and repeat guests, building strong relationships and loyalty.">Actively promote hotel services, amenities, and upgrades as appropriate, driving revenue growth and customer engagement.">Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, demonstrating a track record of success.">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with diverse groups.">Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex situations and finding creative solutions.">Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus, leveraging technology to enhance performance.">Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations, maintaining composure under stress.">Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, accommodating changing business needs.-
