Immediate Opening Customer Service Internship (Pune Only-Walk In Drive)

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune

Type: Full-time Internship | Immediate Joiners Only

Duration: 36 months

About the Role:

Were looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team immediately and will assist the customer service department in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via Calls, emails, or chat
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support the team in managing customer feedback and improving service quality
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Requirements:

- Pune-based candidates only
- Available for immediate joining
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of customer handling is a plus.
