
Business Partnership Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Executive - Partnership & Alliances. The job involves identifying potential partners, establishing and maintaining business relationships, negotiating and closing partnership deals.
- Developing and executing strategic partnership plans
- Collaborating with internal teams to align on goals and objectives
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of partners
- Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
The Business Executive will be responsible for generating leads and establishing contact with Mutual Fund Distributors, Income Tax Professionals and Chartered Accountants.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, experience in business development, partnership management and negotiation, finance, wealth management and insurance industry awareness, good written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking and analytical skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, familiarity with the financial services industry, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the financial services industry
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain and nurture existing business relationships to ensure continued revenue streams
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
