Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and coach call center counselors to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
  • Analyze call center data to improve processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct performance reviews, track metrics, and provide coaching and feedback to staff.
  • Liaise with clients, manage relationships, and submit reports as required.
  • Monitor performance, update management, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Report on daily call center operations and ensure lead conversion to closure through effective caller management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
