About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at ConnectedStars.

This is a work-from-office position requiring working in U.S. business hours (EST/PST).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities in the U.S. market.
  • Generate new leads through calls, emails, and networking to expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.

Calling and Lead Generation:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects, introducing our services and generating interest.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for sales meetings or further discussions.
  • Manage and follow-up with leads, ensuring consistent communication and a seamless experience.

Strategy & Growth:

  • Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Take initiative to explore new market segments and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and progress towards goals.

Client Relations:

  • Understand client needs, challenges, and pain points, offering innovative solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales cycle.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, with a focus on client acquisition.
  • Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and lead qualification.
  • Skill Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems creatively.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable with working in US business hours (EST/PST).
  • A positive, results-driven attitude with a passion for overcoming challenges.
  • Experience in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot and handle multiple tasks.
