Primary Responsibilities

The primary role of the Head of School is to maintain high standards of academic performance, ensuring a strategic approach to school improvement and development.

Key responsibilities include financial operation, academic operation, admin operation, and HR operation.

  • Financial Operation: Prepare the school's budget, manage the school's P&L, ensure timely fee collection, and monitor fee receivables.
  • Academic Operation: Utilize teaching staff efficiently, ensure statutory regulations are followed, implement the curriculum, and manage school events.
  • Admin Operation: Coordinate and supervise administration activities, conduct audits, and maintain documents.
  • HR Operation: Adhere to HR policies, recruit resources, control attrition, and handle staff grievances.

Additionally, the Head of School will be responsible for admission management, ensuring effective planning, retention of LCs, and student projection.

The ideal candidate should have a postgraduate degree in education and possess strong leadership skills.
