Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Executive to join our team at Global Schools Foundation. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional administrative support to customers and internal staff, including taking accurate messages, attending to correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Attend to all incoming phone calls and enquiries, providing efficient and friendly service.
- Manage the front office and reception area, ensuring it is presentable and well-maintained.
- Collect and distribute daily mail, and dispatch couriers in a timely manner.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of company records.
- Take responsibility for ordering necessary office supplies.
- Update attendance registers daily.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering telephone enquiries in an efficient and friendly manner.
Requirements:
- Graduation required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Relevant experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
