Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Officer to join our team at Podar Education Network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal and General Manager in carrying out cross-functional administrative duties.
- Handle queries and grievances of parents.
- Manage physical infrastructure facilities, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Maintain school records.
- Manage canteen facilities.
- Manage books and stationery, purchase, procurement, and distribution.
- Manage the transport department and related activities.
- Liaise with government agencies, external organizations, and neighboring societies.
- Manage facilities and general administration.
- Manage school infrastructure and assets.
- Make administrative arrangements for school programs, excursions, and meetings.
- Supervise housekeeping and security.
- Manage essential services like water and electricity.
- Manage budgets, logistics, and events or meetings.
- Coordinate with the Accountant for fees recovery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Education or a similar field.
- Proven experience as a School Administrator.
- Knowledge of administrative processes of schools.
- Outstanding organizational ability.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Good English communication skills and IT skills.
- Ability to upgrade oneself technically and technologically from time to time.
- Good judgment and decision-making aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of educational administration.
