Job Description:
The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including phone communications, email correspondences, and document management. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Phone Communications: Respond to incoming calls, take messages, and forward calls to relevant personnel.
- Email Correspondences: Handle incoming emails, respond to client inquiries, and forward emails to relevant personnel.
- Document Management: Organize and uphold the office's documentation and filing system.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings and appointments for upper management.
- Supply Oversight: Monitor and manage office supplies and purchasing activities.
- Client Relations: Respond to client inquiries and provide precise information as needed.
- Data Handling: Execute data entry tasks and prepare necessary reports.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain a neat and structured office space.
- Financial Assistance: Support in fundamental financial and accounting tasks, collaborating with the finance team.
Qualifications:
- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
- Work Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative capacity, ideally within the consultancy sector.
- Key Skills: Competence in MS Office applications. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is ₹250,000 - ₹350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
