Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Business Development Manager to join our retail industry-focused team. This mid-level, full-time position is based in Hyderabad and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Mandatory Skills: Proven track record in relationship management, expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies, and demonstrated experience in successfully closing deals.
- Desirable Skills: Strong negotiation skills to effectively close agreements and navigate terms, ability to conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities, proficiency in customer acquisition strategies to expand client base, leadership skills to manage and guide sales teams toward achieving goals, and excellent communication skills for clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in the retail sector by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities through market research and analysis, leading negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals, collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives, tracking and reporting on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations, mentoring and supporting junior sales team members to foster growth and development, and staying updated with industry trends to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
