**Job Description**
We are seeking an ambitious Key Account Development Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Key Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new leads, building relationships with existing and new clients, and closing sales deals.
**Estimated Salary:** ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role with 1-3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Presentation and demonstration of services to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
