**Job Description**

We are seeking an ambitious Key Account Development Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Key Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new leads, building relationships with existing and new clients, and closing sales deals.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Good knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  3. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  4. Presentation and demonstration of services to clients.
  5. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets.
  6. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
