Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Tata AIA Life Insurance. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key partner relationships and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key partner relationships to drive business growth and productivity
  • Influence partners to increase mindshare, product mix, and business
  • Assist partners in contest design, training, and other support
  • Influence large-scale contest rollouts
  • Manage MIS and operations

Requirements:

  • 12-15 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales
  • MBA or specific finance/sales modules
