Description:
The Key Account Manager - Oncology Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for key opinion leaders and customers in the designated territory, promoting our end-to-end platform of novel and/or differentiated drugs, drug-delivery devices to super-specialist Oncologists and the allied healthcare community.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team, responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and facilitating the achievement of organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and customers
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on products, activities, inputs, and strategies/initiatives to the marketing and medical departments
- Manage inventory and channel partners effectively
- Submit daily activity/doctor call reporting, weekly sales updates, monthly prescription trackers, and other required reports in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Oncology or Super-Specialty sales
- Science/Pharma graduates with relevant domain experience and level of exposure
- No direct/indirect reports
