As a Key Account Development Manager at Schindler Group, you will be responsible for managing and developing national key accounts, anticipating and responding to customer needs, and providing insight and reflecting market changes through leading customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop national key accounts, anticipating and responding to customer needs and provide insight & reflect market changes through leading customer relationships.
  • Define and achieve value-add for customer & Schindler by providing a route to innovation while integrating route-to-market strategy with marketing & product development.
  • Develop relationship-led business (not product selling) and enable joint development to leverage a broader portfolio of products & services with customer.
  • Coordinate, prepare and negotiate all bid requests and associated offers for key accounts.
  • Act as a single point of contact to ensure fast and efficient solution to key account issues.
  • Provide Key Account tailored reporting.

We Are Looking For:

For the Key Account Manager position, Schindler Group seeks people with:

Expertise Desired experience in similar positions in the elevator and escalator industry for at least five to seven years.

Knowledge and Skills Desired knowledge in elevator and escalators industry –products, Key Account Management, Selling skills, Schindler Finance knowledge, IT skills, English skills.

Candidate Requirements:

Candidate must have customer oriented behavior and Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics) & MBA (preferred).
