Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager is a critical role responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in assigned geographic territories. This individual will partner with the National Sales Manager to identify and capitalize on opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand business with existing customers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions and support to customers
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data and CRM systems
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers at growth-oriented accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Science or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or management, with a strong background in pharmaceuticals or related industries
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Technical knowledge of pharmaceutical primary packaging
- Prior sales experience in pharmaceutical, biochemistry, and/or related process industries
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industrial standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
