We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Spearmint Technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in sales and a passion for connecting with clients to promote our services.

About the Role:

This is a remote, full-time role focused on selling IT services and generating leads. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling IT services to customers, aiming to sell a minimum of 5 services per month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Sales: Actively promote and sell IT services to customers, aiming to sell a minimum of 5 services per month.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads using online tools, networking, and other channels.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and achievements.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the IT sector.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strong ability to understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions.
  • Self-motivation and discipline with the ability to work remotely.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online lead generation platforms is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
