Job Summary:
A Sales and Business Growth Specialist role is available at Communities Heritage Private Limited, offering a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and develop business relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong attention to detail.

About the Role:
This full-time position involves both in-house and field sales activities, requiring a personal vehicle. The successful candidate will be responsible for product knowledge, inside sales, vendor onboarding, client relationship management, sales reporting, target achievement, and documentation compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of products or services offered and clearly articulate their features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.
• Conduct inside sales activities to generate revenue, engage with potential customers via phone calls, nurture leads through the sales funnel, and close sales deals over the phone.
• Lead the onboarding process for new vendors onto the application, guide them through necessary documentation and registration procedures, and ensure a positive experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, address inquiries and concerns from existing and potential users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for client satisfaction.
• Generate regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and vendor onboarding progress, analyze sales data to identify trends, and provide insights to management on performance metrics.
• Set and achieve sales targets for inside sales and telesales, monitor progress, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure all vendor onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and work with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements.
• Implement a systematic follow-up process for sales leads and vendor onboarding and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests from clients and vendors.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Estimated Salary Range: ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
