Job Title:

Franchise Growth Specialist - Territory Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Franchise Growth Specialist to manage and grow our franchise network within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new franchisees by identifying and approaching potential business owners within the territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing franchisees to ensure they meet business growth targets.
  • Facilitate the conversion process for new franchisees to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
  • Promote and sell a range of investment products to enhance the service offerings of both new and existing franchisees.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate/MBA (preferably with a specialization in finance, marketing, or related fields).
  • Strong understanding of broking, capital markets, and banking sectors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
  • Competence with internet and email communication tools.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in franchisee handling or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, and client management.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on business development and growth.
