Job Role: Territory Manager-Cross Sell(Personal Loan)
Department: Personal Loan
Job Description:
The role of a Territory Manager-Cross Sell involves sourcing loans from the market through DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners, while establishing a quality portfolio. This includes managing a team, maintaining strong relationships, fostering cooperation, and communicating effectively across different mediums. Adherence to company policies and guidelines is essential, with a focus on sales support and risk aversion to contribute to the bank's larger objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and managing channels from the market to acquire business
- Ensuring a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
- Developing extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends
- Identifying changing market trends, developing channels for acquiring business, and providing high-quality customer service
- Recommending improvements to processes and policies across Retail Banking to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduate
Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience
