About the Role

Communities Heritage Private Limited is seeking an exceptional Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our products or services and clearly articulating their value proposition to potential customers.
  • Conducting inside sales activities to generate revenue, engaging with potential customers through phone calls, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
  • Leading the onboarding process for new vendors onto our application, guiding them through necessary documentation and registration procedures, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and concerns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Generating regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and vendor onboarding progress, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and providing insights to management on performance metrics.
  • Setting and achieving sales targets for inside sales and telesales, monitoring progress towards targets, and taking corrective actions if necessary.
  • Ensuring all vendor onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with company policies, working with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory requirements, and implementing a systematic follow-up process for both sales leads and vendor onboarding.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, plus benefits including a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Location

This is a 50% in-house and 50% field sales role, requiring a personal vehicle. You will be based in [location], but will spend a significant amount of time on the road visiting clients and vendors.
