Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and markets.
- Generate sales leads, establish relationships with potential clients, and negotiate business terms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Create business strategies, analyze market trends, and track business performance.
- Represent Naukripay at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare client presentations, explain product benefits, and develop business cases.
- Hire, onboard, and train new team members, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Present sales reports to senior board members and investors.
- Manage time efficiently, develop schedules, and create meetings with teams.
