Job Summary

Naukripay is seeking a Business Growth Specialist to drive sales and revenue growth through new customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have strong research, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and markets.
  • Generate sales leads, establish relationships with potential clients, and negotiate business terms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Create business strategies, analyze market trends, and track business performance.
  • Represent Naukripay at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Prepare client presentations, explain product benefits, and develop business cases.
  • Hire, onboard, and train new team members, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Present sales reports to senior board members and investors.
  • Manage time efficiently, develop schedules, and create meetings with teams.
