**Job Title:** Commercial Growth Specialist

**About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team at Onerouf Resources Pvt Ltd.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Achieve individual retail liabilities sales targets.

• Generate revenues through sales of third-party products like insurance, mutual funds, and demat accounts.

• Manage business relations with existing customers to improve upsell and cross-sell business.

• Organize lead generation activities for the branch.

• Record and track leads through the CRM system.

**Requirements:**

  1. Age: 21 years to 28 years.
  2. Preference for male candidates from surrounding areas (15 km radius).
  3. Minimum graduation with 50% and above marks.
  4. Valid driving license with a two-wheeler.

**Skills and Competencies:**

• Good communication skills in English and the local language.

• Market knowledge.
