About the Role
We are seeking a Guest Service Associate to join our team at Accor. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and public areas
- Upsell and promote hotel services and amenities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Secondary/High school education
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and services
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
