Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bellman to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Bellman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, and provide assistance with luggage, packages, and other guest requests.
- Front Desk Support: Provide support to the front desk team, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless coordination and timely resolution of guest requests.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the front desk team to maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Service-oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
