Job Title: Regional Sales Head – Eastern India
About this Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional growth strategy across Eastern India. As a Regional Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving business development, executing regional strategies, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Regional Sales Leadership: Lead and manage state/city sales leaders in Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi, and Guwahati.
- Revenue Generation & Target Delivery: Own regional revenue targets and deliver consistently.
- Strategic Market Expansion: Design localized sales strategies for each state.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in IT/SaaS/consulting sales with at least 3 years of managing regional teams. You should have exposure to Eastern India's enterprise & government ecosystem and possess consultative selling skills.
Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or IT; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 6–10 years in IT/SaaS/consulting sales with at least 3 years managing regional teams.
- Exposure: Strong familiarity with Eastern India's enterprise & government ecosystem.
