Zonal marketing campaigns will be designed and executed to boost enrollments.
Built strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities.
You will lead, train, and manage center heads and their teams across all centers.
Regular performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching will enhance effectiveness.
A culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous professional development will be fostered.
Effective budget management and analysis of financial reports will facilitate cost-saving initiatives.
Center-wise performance metrics will be tracked and resources will be aligned for optimum utilization.
High customer satisfaction standards will be maintained across centers.
Customer queries, concerns, and complaints will be addressed promptly and effectively.
Customer feedback will be collected and analyzed regularly to improve service quality and student outcomes.
Regular reports on operational performance, sales achievements, and financial results will be prepared and submitted.
The role involves acting as a communication bridge between corporate/regional offices and center teams.
You will represent the company at relevant events, conferences, and meetings within the zone.
