  • We are seeking an experienced Regional Administrative Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing regional administrative activities and operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, developing strategic plans, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Key responsibilities include defining the scope and key responsibility areas (KRA) of team members, communicating and coordinating with immediate management to develop strategic program and project goals, directing reporting to Zonal Admin Head, monitoring and reporting key project activities, plans, and progress, managing calls and discussions, end-to-end Exam day and non-Exam day administrative activities management and team coordination, evaluating zero incident on Exam day related to Admin Services, supporting recruitment, training, and talent development of team members, defining and deploying control and monitoring mechanisms for Admin Team within Region, developing training and development programs for Admin Team within Region, ensuring standardization of processes at all Exam Venues, managing Regional Vendor relationships, support Zonal Head in finalizing contracts, and vendor invoices, publishing regular dashboards on key performance parameters to Zonal Admin Head and Senior Management as needed, serving as the central point of contact for facility-related matters at the regional level, evaluating SLA/SLC at Exam Venues, exercising governance over ViDZ/LISP partners, conduct regular meetings, and address audit points, managing contracts, assisting in shortlisting prospective partners/venues identified by City Heads based on defined parameters within Region, maintaining and monitoring legal compliance for all Venues, preparing and implementing contingency/BCP plans, conducting surprise checks at Exam Venues, addressing crisis situations, coordinating and managing manpower agencies, conducting audits of Exam venues, performing any other duties assigned from time to time.
