With rapid growth across Western India, we are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Head to lead expansion across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Goa, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh.

Role Overview

As the Regional Sales Head, you will drive sales strategy, execution, and performance across 5 key states and 10+ major cities. You will lead and mentor state-wise Sales Managers, ensure consistent revenue growth, and represent Bhionix Group at industry forums and CXO-level meetings.

Key Responsibilities1. Regional Sales Leadership
  • Lead and manage sales managers in Jaipur, Gandhinagar, Panaji, Mumbai, and Bhopal.
  • Oversee city-level sales operations in Ahmedabad, Surat, Pune, and Mumbai.
  • Ensure all regional teams are aligned with group targets.
2. Revenue & Target Management
  • Set and deliver quarterly revenue and growth goals.
  • Build and maintain a high-value pipeline across public and private sectors.
  • Drive closures in IT services, SaaS, ERP, AI, and platform offerings.
3. Strategic Planning & Market Penetration
  • Define state-specific GTM strategies tailored to healthcare, hospitality, education, energy, and government.
  • Expand reach into SMEs, enterprises, government bodies, and startups.
4. Client Relationship & Key Accounts
  • Manage CXO-level engagements with enterprise and government clients.
  • Deliver impactful demos, proposals, and strategic presentations.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track state-level KPIs, sales funnels, and conversion metrics.
  • Submit consolidated MIS reports and insights to the Country Sales Head.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for regional growth.
6. Talent Development & Team Building
  • Hire and mentor regional/state sales leaders.
  • Conduct training programs, performance reviews, and workshops.
  • Build a culture of accountability and high performance.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product, delivery, finance, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure seamless client onboarding, delivery, and retention.
  • Share market insights to influence product innovation and campaigns.
8. Representation & Outreach
  • Represent Bhionix Group at regional summits, expos, and industry events.
  • Forge partnerships with IT parks, industry bodies, accelerators, and chambers of commerce.
Daily Activities
  • Coordinate with state sales managers on goals and visits.
  • Review proposals, negotiations, and deal progress.
  • Engage with top-tier prospects and assist in closures.
  • Provide strategic inputs for forecasting and business planning.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or IT; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 6–10 years in IT/SaaS/consulting sales with at least 3 years in regional leadership.
  • Exposure: Deep familiarity with Western India's enterprise & government ecosystems.
Key Skills
  • Regional sales leadership & team management.
  • B2B and B2G sales expertise in IT, SaaS, and digital platforms.
  • Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and CXO engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce) and KPI dashboards.
