Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager/Area Manager based in Mangaluru. The primary responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the Dakshin Kannada region. The role involves strategizing and implementing business plans to achieve targets, leading a team of sales professionals, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the education sector and Next Education's product offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to strategize and execute detailed business plans
- Familiarity with the education sector and edtech products is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the Dakshin Kannada region
- Proficiency in the local language(s) is advantageous
