Job Title: Public Sector Sales Lead - ESDS

About the Company: ESDS Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a leading IT company providing software solutions to the public sector. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our public sector sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business opportunities in Central Govt./State Govt./PSU Accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market plans.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and progress against targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the public sector.

- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore

Salary: ₹18,00,000 - ₹28,00,000 per annum
