About the Role

Lepton Software is looking for a highly motivated Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the government sector by developing and executing sales strategies.

You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals. Your strong understanding of the government sector and experience in managing relationships with key officials, agencies, and stakeholders will be essential in achieving your goals.

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT solution/application sales is required, with a focus on government & railway industry clients. A working knowledge of GIS/software-based solutions and applications is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the government sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Closely work with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT solution/application sales.
  • Strong understanding of the government sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
