Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Utilize networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise to discover new business possibilities.
- Built Strong Client Relationships: Foster and maintain connections with prospective and existing clients through regular communication and trust-building activities.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies.
- Presentation and Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align business development strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field: Possess a Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Business Development: Have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
