Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating leads for potential clients in need of digital marketing and IT services.

  • Identify and source new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, proposing relevant solutions, and preparing business proposals/presentations.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by maintaining CRM records, tracking sales pipeline, and preparing regular reports.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition (preferably in digital marketing or IT sector).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads through online and offline channels.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads) and IT solutions is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
