Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our network of real estate brokers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of business strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Present business proposals and negotiate deals to secure new partnerships and contracts.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Sales Skills: Excellent sales skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present business proposals and negotiate deals.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building skills to maintain strong partnerships with real estate brokers and other stakeholders.
