Job Title: Regional Business Development Specialist

The Regional Business Development Specialist is a sales and business development professional responsible for maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring efficient sales operations within a specified geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop defined market strategies to meet new customer demands
  • Establish strategic partnerships with surgeons and medical professionals to promote wound care products
  • Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory through effective sales operations and distribution management
  • Promote wound care products to nurses and surgeons in accordance with company guidelines
  • Manage distribution networks and ensure timely deliveries to customers
  • Collect personal orders from retailers and manage stockist collections to optimize inventory levels

For this role, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a graduate degree and 2-7 years of relevant industry experience. Prior experience in wound management products and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are preferred qualifications.
