Job Description
\As an Associate General Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing critical business initiatives. You will oversee the design process, ensuring seamless integration with customer experience requirements.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Design, develop, and implement region-specific product launches, internal process improvements, category expansion, and vendor base management.
- Contribute actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
- Develop and lead a young and ambitious city team, fostering a collaborative ecosystem for successful Design experiences.
- Own the quality of Design Closure of Livspace catalogue products and essential home improvement services for the region.
- Drive KPIs such as successful and timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and team member engagement.
