Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager located in Hyderabad. The Regional Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive regional sales strategies. Key responsibilities include managing and training branch managers, developing business plans, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and business planning
- Knowledge of financial services and housing finance industry
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Relevant experience in regional management or a similar role
