About the Role

The Regional Head oversees service delivery for clients, ensuring facilities operations, vendor management, and guest relations are met.

  • Develop relationships with key business stakeholders, communicating strategies and monitoring feedback.
  • Accountable for regional operations, budget planning, cost management, and delivering results.
  • Provide direction to facilities teams, leading regional facilities operations.
  • Deliver Facilities Management services, managing performance and delivery against KPIs.
  • Maintain infrastructure health, ensuring facilities are safe and well-functioning.
  • Implement Workspace vision, standards, and policies, driving timely decisions and audits.
  • Deliver on commitments for Environment, diversity, and inclusion standards, and sustainability goals.
  • Work with Finance teams to prepare budgets, manage operating expenses, and provide forecasts.
  • Partner with Procurement to ensure competitive suppliers and quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for business customers in operations matters.
  • Monitor and translate customer feedback into actionable tasks.
  • Oversee modifications, expansions, and post-occupancy projects, working with vendors and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Transaction teams on decommission strategies.
