Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for building and strengthening client relationships, addressing their needs effectively, and maintaining accurate records.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will serve as the main liaison between our organization and its clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all queries and concerns are resolved promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and requests, addressing their needs in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to enhance upselling and cross-selling capabilities.
- Regularly meet with team members to discuss progress and explore new business improvement strategies.
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, communicating regularly with the sales team.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
