Malaysia market
and looking for dynamic professionals to join our team.

As a
Business Development Specialist
, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients and expanding our footprint across the region. Your focus will be on driving business growth by building long-term client relationships and offering tailored staffing solutions.

Experience in the IT Professional services industry is an advantage
, with a proven track record in managing models such as MSP (Managed Services Provider), and staffing for Captive/Product Development and System Integration clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate leads and build a strong client pipeline in the Malaysia market
  • Conduct market research, outbound calls, cold-emailing, and social media outreach (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to identify new business opportunities
  • Meet daily targets for outreach and engagement
  • Connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders in client organizations to understand their talent needs
  • Present and promote IT staffing services to prospective clients, including MSP, and project-based hiring solutions
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of client requirements
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for revenue and profit margins
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and pipeline in CRM tools

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience
  • Prior experience working with Captive centers, product companies, or large system integrators is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and recruitment compliance is a plus
